The Tea House is run by Liviu Popescu, one of the owners of the brand “Fratelli”.

From there followed five other locations and five management franchises across Romania. The success of the family business can be characterized with one word that says it all about the Fratelli brand: Professionalism.
In 2006, together with two partners, the Popescu brothers opened their own exclusive catering company, "Flavors Food Design", which became the main supplier of culinary specialties within their network and other in-vogue locations.
In 2011, the Popescu brothers launched a new business, "Biutiful", an eclectic and surprising Tex-Mex restaurant located in Bucharest's historical centre. Afterwards, almost naturally, followed "Biutiful by the Lake", a modern restaurant located on one of the banks of the most treasured parks of the city, Herastrau.
"Fratellini", the last investment of the two passionate brothers, in 2015, was a classic bistro designed to satisfy the sophisticated and leisurely expectations of the Bucharest society. It serves the breakfast/brunch/lunch crowd and is located in the same building as "Uanderful", an exclusive "fusion" restaurant.
Liviu Popescu is the President of H.O.R.A. - Employers Organization of Romanian Hotels and Restaurants.
Update: As of October 2016, Liviu Popescu – a passionate and professional Chef - was added as the new judge of the sixth season of the cooking show, Master Chef, produced and aired by ProTV.
